I can’t believe it’s going to be November in only a few days! Last year’s customers already got a chance to try some of our experiments here, some of which will be coming to the praline selection. The picture above are some experiments I was trying with cocoa butter transfers. Pretty right?
Here’s a few others I picked up on my recent trip to Belgium this past August. I had some decent success with some of the transfer techniques, so these may or may not come up this winter. I may also start firing up the spray gun and work on my Splatoon skills. I was able to come up with a kalamansi caramel that a lot of my return customers were responding to, so look out for that!
I’m narrowing down the flavor combinations I want to put out for bars and pralines and will probably start kicking them out in the coming weeks. When everything’s been decided, I’ll post on here and on Insta for preorders and reservations!
